Lent Assembly

lentassembly3Today we had an assembly about Lent and what we as Catholics should do at this time. Lent is a time where you make a personal promise to God and you choose to make a sacrifice. We talked about being a graceful person and keeping your promise between yourself and God. During the assembly we buried the Alleluia by putting each letter into the box not to be opened until the end of Lent.
